IAW - "Institut für Angewandte Wirtschaftsforschung"

The IAW, an independent research institute, analyses Baden-Württemberg’s regional and economic development and advises its varied range of clients. The resulting analyses, studies, prognoses and publications must contain the most up-to-date information. To achieve this basic requirement, a Wiki-based Document Management System (DMS) was integrated into the IAW web pages. The Wiki syntax was also expanded to include specific document management modules, enabling the majority of processes to run automatically.
