Stephan von Huene

The digital processing of the graphical works left by Stephan von Huene (1932-2000) primarily concerns the as yet undocumented drawings, documents, documentation and texts that belonged to the German-American media artist and former professor at Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design. Besides the digitalization of the drawings and notes, a preliminary survey in the DILPS picture database was conducted. Further processing for the purposes of the scholarly study of fine art is planned, such that the drawings can be related to the collection’s other elements and contextualized accordingly.
